Adopt CuZn39Pb3, the working pressure is not less than 15Mpa . The hydraulic strength test is carried out at 1.5 times the working pressure kept for 5 minutes without deformation or leakage. The gas tightness test is carried out under 1.1 times the working pressure. When the valve is closed, there is no bubble leakage; when the valve is open, the leakage amount of bubbles in each connection sealing part should not exceed 20 / min. The salt spray corrosion test shows that there is no obvious corrosion damage in each part of the container valve and no performance decline. The safety release diaphragm of the container will burst at 1.25 (±0.0625) times maximum working pressure. The operation of the container valve is flexible, reliable, and not prone to any failure and structural damage.
